ADL (Airlaid) non-woven fabric is widely used in disposable hygiene products, and has become one of the key materials for high-end hygiene products due to its unique fluffiness, softness, liquid absorption, and environmental characteristics. The following are its main application scenarios and advantages:
(1) Baby diapers/pull-up pants
Distribution Layer: The high fluffiness structure of ADL can accelerate the lateral diffusion of liquid, improve SAP utilization, and reduce urinary leakage caused by local saturation.
Degradable diapers: Some environmentally friendly diapers use ADL (such as natural fiber based) to replace some plastic components, reducing environmental burden.
(2) Adult incontinence products
Absorbent core: ADL's high liquid absorption rate and water locking ability are suitable for high flow demands, while keeping the surface dry and reducing skin irritation.
