Spandex yarn features:

Spandex Yarn is specially designed soft synthetic polymer which is stronger, lighter and more versatile and used to improve the fit of the diaper.

Key points of production process
Composite method:
Hot melt adhesive bonding: Insert Spandex yarn between two layers of non-woven fabric or film and fix them by hot pressing.
Woven blend: Woven with PP/PET fibers to form elastic fabric strips (commonly found in high-end products).
Pre stretching technology: During production, spandex yarn is pre stretched (e.g. 300%) to maintain stable rebound in the finished product.
