Breathable PE (polyethylene) film is a special microporous material designed to allow air and moisture to pass through while maintaining waterproofing. The following are its main features:
1. Moisture permeability (MVP)
Allow water vapor (sweat, moisture) to escape, reduce condensation, and maintain comfort.
Very suitable for hygiene products and agricultural applications that require airflow.
2. Waterproof and breathable
Block liquid water (rainwater, liquid), but allow steam transmission.
Used for diaper bottom film, sanitary napkin bottom film, etc
3. Micro porous structure
Containing micropores, it can achieve breathability.
The pores are small enough to prevent liquid infiltration but allow gas exchange.
4. Lightweight and flexible
Retaining the softness and flexibility of traditional PE films.
Suitable for disposable products such as diapers and sanitary napkins.
